I think yours is a bit heavy on knowledge, and some systems knowledge and insight is essential (How does your job impact the world?) the focus on skills, awareness, intuition, critical thinking, social skills, community building, creating your own job or business and perhaps even gentle rebellion to a sick system should take center stage. Children who leave school should feel they have something to contribute, can make a difference, and are free from the push to take a damaging job, because otherwise they end up poor. The system is sick, so aside from this plan, the context in which this is applied needs to be addressed at all levels too. :)
